Known for his quick wit and speaking prowess, Senator Marco Rubio has countered New York Senator Kirsten Gilibrand statement that the nation’s future is based on gender.

Rubio tweeted his response to Gilibrand’s tweet, stating,” Our future is: AMERICAN,” and not based  on “gender, race, ethnicity, or religion.”

Rubio also invoked God, a move that will surely upset many atheists and liberal Democrats.
