Senate Democrats were quick to demand that Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s accuser, testify before the senate over her allegation that the judge sexually assaulted her at a party in high school, some 35 years ago.
Now these same Democrats want to postpone her appearance while continuing to demand that the FBI investigate her allegations.Republicans have been saying, as have law enforcement officials, that the FBI does not conduct such investigations, adding that the vetting process has already been completed.
Remember, this allegation by Ford was known and held by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D) for obvious political gain.
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
Now, should the FBI stray from their official duties and capacities and investigate the allegations?
According to then-Senator Joe Biden (D), the answer is a resounding “NO.”
Back in 1991, then-Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Joe Biden, stated the case against FBI involvement in such matters.Biden was presiding over the Clarence Thomas confirmation hearings.
“The next person who refers to an FBI report as being worth anything, obviously doesn’t understand anything. FBI explicitly does not, in this or any other case, reach a conclusion, period. Period,” Biden said.
