Florida Senator Marco Rubio (R), who has not said if he would support the latest Senate version of the Dream Act proposed by Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Dick Durbin (D-IL), was one of the targeted members, being called out to act on the measure.

Shortly after the group of about 30 began their protest in Rubio’s Senate office, Capitol Police arrived to warn the group to not videotape in the common area, and to leave the office.
As the group heeded the police officers warning, one activist stated that Rubio’s office showed a “lack of leadership” for “telling constituents from Florida to exit the office.”We caught up with the young lady in the hallway outside of Rubio’s office, where he continued making her case for doing whatever it took to garner attention for their cause, as well as to all-but force senators to pass this “clean Dream Act.”
Within moments of interviewing with the Shark Tank, an unidentified non-Latino man shut down the interview.
