Here is a pretty incredible story about a courageous kid who “tackled” a fellow student from his High School after the student pointed a loaded gun at another kid. According to the Fox News report, the kid in question, a 16-year-old Cypress Lake High School student wrestled away the gun away from a 15-year-old, who pulled the gun out on a school bus.For whatever reason, the 16-year-old hero was too scared to cooperate with the police investigation, prompting the school to suspend him for 3 days, this according to the unidentified student’s mother.

According to the referral the student received the following day, he was suspended for his role in an “incident” where a weapon was present and given an “emergency suspension,” the station reported.
The suspected gunman was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm on school property and assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, the report states.Sgt. David Valez of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office told the station an investigation into the incident is ongoing.-Fox News
