Ashley Moody has released a new advertisement two weeks away from the primaries. In it, a number of Florida sheriffs praise Moody and question her rival, Frank White, in their bid to become Florida’s next Attorney General.
In the advertisement, the sheriffs interchange when arguing that Florida needs to “Defend the Constitution. Lock up criminals. That’s the job of our attorney general. Prosecutor Ashley Moody’s done it. Politician Frank White hasn’t. White’s lying about Moody’s record to hide his. White’s never prosecuted a case. Not one. White’s a car salesman turned politician—whose old firm gave thousands to liberals. Ashley Moody’s the real conservative.”A narrator then adds that Moody is “Pro-life. Pro-Second Amendment. Endorsed by Pam Bondi, stands with Trump. We trust Ashley Moody—so can you.”
Moody, a former prosecutor, has received numerous endorsements from lawmakers, and most recently she got the endorsements from outgoing Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, who praised Moody in her own advertisement calling Moody the right pick to replace Bondi.

In response to the advertisement, White also released his own touting support from law enforcement. However, the support he’s received has not been as strong as Moody’s.
The upcoming primaries will take place on August 28th.
