Former Congresswoman Gwen Graham is striking back against her Democratic and Republican primary opponents with a television advertisement in her bid to replace term-limited Florida Governor Rick Scott. This is the first television advertisement her campaign releases after her opponents have already been on tv and airwaves for a while.
The 30-second advertisement titled “Service” will be shown in the Tampa and Orlando areas, and it highlights Graham as being the daughter of Florida Senator Bob Graham, being a PTA President and being a candidate that wishes to take back Tallahassee from Republican control.In the advertisement, Graham asks, “Twenty years with one party, right? Everything with all the wrong priorities. The Florida Legislature has not taken Medicaid expansion, they have hurt education, they have used the lottery to reduce funding, but we’re going to take it back.”
The advertisement largely focuses on Congresswoman Graham being the only female in the race, and she assures that “Everything I do is through the prism of being a mom.”

In the Democratic primaries, she faces businessman Chris King, Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum, former Miami Beach Mayor Philip Levine and Real Estate billionaire Jeff Greene who entered the race this week.
