Republican Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen became the first person in political party to blatantly call President Trump a “racist” over the alleged “shithole countries” remark he supposedly made to a group of members of Congress.
Ros-Lehtinen made the statement shortly after she spoke at a field meeting about the failed Obama U.S.-Cuba policy in Miami, Florida. Senator Marco Rubio and Reps. Carlos Curbelo, Mario Diaz-Balart, and Ron DeSantis were also in attendance.
