President Donald Trump fired FBI Director James Comey yesterday, and the news has sent shock waves across the mainstream media. His supporters have applauded the move while detractors have denounced his action by criticizing the President for enacting too much power.
In Donald Trump fashion, the President has fired back by pointing out hypocrisy in several of the Democrats that have attacked him for the decision of letting Comey go.In a string of tweets, President Trump attacked “Cryin’ Chuck Schumer” and the Democrats for flip flopping on their views when it comes to Comey and his credibility.
Cryin' Chuck Schumer stated recently, "I do not have confidence in him (James Comey) any longer." Then acts so indignant. #draintheswamp

Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
Comey lost the confidence of almost everyone in Washington, Republican and Democrat alike. When things calm down, they will be thanking me!

Dems have been complaining for months & months about Dir. Comey. Now that he has been fired they PRETEND to be aggrieved. Phony hypocrites!

In addition, the President took to Instagram to post several pictures of Democratic politicians such as Nanci Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and 2016 Democratic Vice Presidential candidate Tim Kaine with quotes condemning Comey as untrustworthy and claiming that Comey should no longer be the Director of the FBI.
Those who applaud the act are hopeful that this decision paves the way for an investigation into Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation, which was a promise candidate Trump made on the campaign trail.
