While skeptics will call White House aide Jared Kushner’s alleged call to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s office asking the leader to ‘talk some sense’ into his father-in-law President Donald Trump regarding NAFTA, I call the play a brilliant move on behalf of the administration.
The National Post reported that Kushner was the government aide that made the call to Canadian Prime Minister to pressure Presdient Trump to renegotiate NAFTA, and not scrap it.From what we know of Trump, when does the president ever relinquish absolute control of anything?
Trump was going to pull out of NAFTA. This we know from months of him downing the deal during his presidential campaign.

To think that Kushner, Ivanka’s husband, would go behind his father-in-law’s back is unconscionable.
