Here at the Shark Tank we solely post stories related to politics and nothing else. However, I am going to make an exception by posting this story promoting a fundraiser we are helping out with to benefit a young Cystic Fibrosis patient in Clay County, Florida.
David Shepard is a 6-year-old boy diagnosed at birth with Cystic Fibrosis. Due to his illness he is admitted to the hospital for treatments 3 to 4 times each year for long periods of time.**Update-David has been admitted to the hospital and is currently in the ICU unit.

His family works hard to provide for all of David’s needs and to make his life as good as possible but the medical bills and the costs of the disease are never ending.

They also ask for your continued prayers for David and other children with life threatening illnesses.
What is Cystic Fibrosis?
Cystic fibrosis affects the cells that produce mucus, sweat, and digestive juices. It causes these fluids to become thick and sticky. They then plug up tubes, ducts, and passageways.The life expectancy of people with cystic fibrosis is 30 years.
Where Will The Money Raised Go?
To pay for David’s medical bills, travel expenses, meals and lodging.
Part of the money raised will also go to the cystic fibrosis foundation to help find a cure and Dreams Come True.
