White House press secretary Sean Spicer opened up his daily briefing with reporters by announcing that President Donald Trump has just signed into law a bill that overturns a previous rule put in place over at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) by President Obama.

As expected, the bill sailed through in the Republican-heavy House, but had some difficulties in the Senate, as Vice-President Mike Pence had to cast the 51st and deciding vote in favor of the bill.
