Trump’s swift-moving presidency has Democrats desperately scrambling to keep pace.
With very little firepower at their disposal to use against, let alone penetrate President Donald Trump’s political armor, Democrats have had to revert to using their once reliable scorched earth political playbook to message against Republicans.Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D), who has been the lead voice of opposition against the Trump administration and has referred to Trump’s presidency as “gloom & doom,” is once again voicing her disdain for the new president’s ongoing political agenda.
In a fundraising email to her supporters, Wasserman Schultz took a jab at Trump’s recent executive orders. According to the congresswoman, Trump’s orders “will have terrible consequences on hard-working Americans, our planet, and global health.”

Wasserman Schultz also mentioned the Trump’s actions have “weakened” Obamacare.
President Trump has already made good on his campaign promise of moving to repeal Obamacare by signing an executive order last week to scrap the “individual mandate” measure within the law.
He’s weakened the Affordable Care Act, made it harder for families to afford their mortgages, denied life-saving healthcare to women and children in developing nations, and revived the Keystone XL and Dakota Access pipelines.- Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D)
