The 4-3 vote in favor of the moratorium, which was opposed by Miami Beach Mayor and potential gubernatorial candidate Philip Levine, would extend the ban until May 17 of this year.
Florida for Care, the group that championed the ’Yes on 2’ initiative to legalized medical marijuana in Florida, chimed in on the vote,
