Celebrities (the liberal ones, which are most) think that just because they wield an enormous amount of global popularity, the words they utter will resonate with the masses, especially when it comes to politics.
Madonna recently took the stage at Women’s March in Washington this past Sunday to protest President Donald Trump’s election night in.The over-the-hill singer tried to walk back her comment that she has thought “ an awful lot about blowing up the White House,” saying that she was “taken out of context.”
How ever she said what she said, how can you take “out of context” her very words about “blowing up the White House?”
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
Seriously.
I get that she was probably joking and would never really want to blow up the White House, but her statement goes to show just how ignorant and disconnected to reality these celebrities are.
“It seems as though we had all slipped into a false sense of comfort, that justice would prevail and that good would win in the end…“Well, good did not win this election. But good will win in the end.”– Madonna
Donald Trump is the president, so Madonna, Danny Glover, Sean Penn, Alicia Keys, Eva Longoria, and the rest of their ilk is just going to have to suck it up for 8 years.
