Unexpected things have happened during this election cycle, so voters aren’t accepting polls as being completely accurate of what the general election’s outcome is going to look like. Recently, polls have placed Hillary Clinton in the lead in several states, but the New York Post reported that Trump is actually leading in the poll that has the best track record over the last three Presidential elections.
In said poll, Donald Trump has a two-point lead over Hillary Clinton. In the Investor’s Business Daily/TIPP poll, Trump has 42.1% and Clinton has 39.7%. The survey, “which includes 791 likely voters and carries a margin of error of 3.6 percentage points, was the most accurate predictor of the final results in the last three presidential elections – calling the outcomes within 0.9 percent of the actual tally in 2004, 2008 and 2012.”
Landing in Pennsylvania now. Great new poll this morning, thank you. Lets #DrainTheSwamp and #MakeAmericaGreatAgain!
