Davie Police caught their man, um, gator this weekend. Responding to a call that a mysterious and elusive 7-foot long Wally Scales, who had been seen lounging around naked in a parking and apartment parking lot in the City of Davie, Florida.
According to neighbors and police, the suspect was not arrested for indecent exposure or loitering, rather taken into protective custody and bound for his own safety. After a quick background check and psychological exam, Mr. Wally Scales was released under his own recognizance to his own kind and native habitat.Scales was considered an animal of interest in the disappearance of several small domesticated animals within the area.
Scales refused to give a formal statement to police, but did say that he was upset over how much the Miami Dolphins stunk this year.
