The big question Senator Marco Rubio and other Republicans are asking nowadays is, “Where is Patrick Murphy?”
The elusive Murphy has limited his senate campaign appearances, leaving many to believe that he is dodging the press, or hiding out from political trackers who seek to get him on record on just about anything.Has Murphy taken a page out of the playbook of his long-time friend and supporter, the political chameleon of our time, Charlie Crist?
Never one to shy away from a camera (at least most of the time), at least when Charlie Crist dodged reporters, he did by answering their questions in the most eloquent way of talking a lot , yet saying very little.
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
Remember this classic video of Crist dodging a simple question? Pay close attention to the end of the video as one of Crist’s then-campaign staffers purposely runs into the camera.
And then there is Murphy’s Democratic senate primary opponent, the not so-subtle, oneand only, Rep. Alan Grayson, who is all fired up that Murphy decided to back out of a debate between the two men.Murphy decided not to attend the debate with Grayson because of the domestic violence allegations Grayson’s ex-wife made against him a couple weeks back, earning him the “Loser of the Week” honors from the Tampa Bay Times.
Again, not much coming out of Murphy’s camp these days. To his credit, Murphy did denounce Rubio’s upcoming appearance at a pastors meeting in Orlando, Florida, calling the gathering as an “anti-LGBT rally.”
Huh? What? Que?I call on Marco Rubio to withdraw from this hate rally. This isn’t what Florida stands for. #FLSen pic.twitter.com/o6YRV4JdZf

While Rubio shuffles around the state campaigning, political vultures are keeping a bird’s eye on Murphy’s movements throughout Florida, Washington, D.C., and Nantucket, Massachusetts, where he was spotted over the summer on his dad’s 97-foot yacht.
Rubio also has a “yacht” only his is of the fishing persuasion. By his own admission, Rubio has stated that there isn’t a bathroom on board the S.S. Jeanette Rubio, so if anyone need to use the bathroom, a quick pee over the side of the boat is your only options.
