In Florida one of the hottest races of the year is the fight for Angela Corey’s state attorney seat in Duval, Nassau and Clay County.
Wes White is one of Corey’s opponents and on Saturday his campaign stated on Facebook the real threat to Donald Trump in Florida was not Hillary Clinton it is his opponent, incumbent Angela Corey.White’s campaign posted the following message:
The greatest threat to Trump’s bid for the presidency is not Hillary Clinton. It’s this woman, Angela Corey, who purposefully alienated over 400,000 independent, libertarian, and Democrat voters by closing the August 30th primary – all in a desperate effort to try and hold her job. These are the same voters Republicans need in November to win in Florida and to win the country, Corey gave these voters, and Donald Trump, a slap in the face.

What he is referring to is the current law suit brought against Corey’s campaign manager, Alexander Pantinakis and the write in candidate Kenny Leigh. Pantinakis is accused of helping Leigh fill out the paperwork for his candidacy.
It was reported on Sunday Corey’s campaign manager resigned due to the controversy. When we asked White about his resignation he stated:Alexander Pantinakis has resigned from his role in the Corey campaign – but that’s only half the equation.
White felt Pantinakis should resign from his role in the Republican party. He continued to say:
Mr. Pantankis should resign from his leadership position with Florida’s Republican Party. Only then can the Party disavow any connection to his circus clown car antics and work to win back disenfranchised voters in November.
Wes White and incumbent Angela Corey are also being challenged by newcomer Melissa Nelson.
