On Wednesday a federal judge ruled that the Justice Department needs to make public at least a partial copy of a classified filing that seeks to keep details about Hillary Clinton’s private server out of the public eye.
The ruling came after the department submitted a classified filing to the U.S. District Court last month asking they prevent certain information about the server from being released. In a motion filed on Tuesday, Vice News reporter Jason Leopold asked the court to deny that request.Leopold argued DOJ submitted the filing “without prior permission from the court,” or proper notice to Leopold, who has filed a Freedom of Information Act suit seeking details of what the FBI may know about the classified information Clinton improperly had on her server.
Even though 30,000 emails Clinton sent or received during her time as secretary of state were released by the State Department, Clinton deleted another 30,000.

It is believed the FBI was able to recover some of those deleted messages.
