Republican Senatorial candidate, Rep. David Jolly, who has received unprecedented free earned media when he demanded thatĀ Donald Trump to drop out of the Republican presidential primary, could see his ask for the resignation work against him.
While supporters opposed to Donald Trump will praise and possibly support Jolly’s Senate campaign, many of those supporting Trump, as well as many everyday Americans, who do not see a difference between being a Muslim and being a radical extremist, could begin to side with Jolly’s GOP competitors in the race.Trump’s Muslim statement was a bit over-the-top, but we all know what he meant to say. Could he have worded it differently, and been more specific to a Muslim countries, and not the entire Islam religion.
With national defense and immigration being the big issues of the 2016 political cycle, will more Americans continue to support Trump and his tough position on Muslims, immigration, and national security?
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
If they do, and Floridians continue to support Trump, whileĀ Jeb Bush continues to plummet (Jolly endorsed Bush) Jolly could have a tougher road to victory in his race to replace outgoing Senator Marco Rubio.
Jolly seems to have the wind at this back, so until one of the other candidates makes a move like the one he did, the advantage in the race goes Jolly.
