Marco Rubio’s “knife Fighters” maybe all that, but when it comes to confronting an actual physical challenge face-to-face, one of those “knife fighters,” is nothing more than an angry, petulant and pint-sized backwoods operative, who must not have been held enough by his mommy.
The little man I speak of is the person that is the focus of a Buzzfeed story about Senator Marco Rubio’s campaign staff, Terry Sullivan. The story mentions Sullivan’s former partner and pro-Rubio super PAC boss Warren Tompkins, as well as Rubio’s digital dude, Wesley Donehue, but the focus is on Sullivan, who according to unnamed sources, is a real D-bag.
Terry Sullivan is not a D-bag. He is nothing more than a certified P.O.S. (you can figure out this acronym),or as Cubans and other Hispanics would say, “un come mierda.”
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
Here is what is posted in Buzzfeed:
These days when GOP politicos in South Carolina are asked to describe Sullivan’s approach to political campaigns, they promptly do two things: request anonymity, and unleash a torrent of violent (and anatomical) cliches: cutthroat, smash-mouth, bare-knuckled, sharp-elbowed.
“He’s not gonna pull a punch,” said one Republican operative. “The question I have about that crowd is whether or not they know when to pull a punch… I mean, these guys are good, but sometimes you can overplay your hand, and if that happens I don’t know that that would surprise anybody. At least not anybody who has a history with them.”“If you call anybody in South Carolina who’s been around for a while, they’ll all tell you that Terry Sullivan is known as a cutthroat operative,” said another strategist. “He’s generally known as a specialist in what is often called ‘wet works,’ and for being a junior Atwater… who believes the best way to win in politics is to make it impossible for the other guy to win.”
So, what did Sullivan have to say about his critics?
“I spent a lot of years running campaigns and winning in South Carolina,” he told BuzzFeed News. “It’s no surprise that some of the political operatives I beat over the years want to pay me back by fabricating stories while hiding behind anonymous quotes. Welcome to South Carolina politics.”
I am sure there is a lot of truth to these stories, as many stories coming out of Florida are starting to sound eerily similar.
Forget about the little tiff he and I had at Rubio’s presidential announcement, where Rubio personally invited me to attend, and Sullivan kicked me out of, but not before the little guy almost “overplayed his hand” when he got in my face threatening me with bodily harm. With a facial nerve under his left eye twitching, Sullivan mustered up all of his energy to try to intimidate yours truly.
The little guy was obviously unaware that he was moments away from felling my size 11 cowboy boot planted firmly against his forehead.
The answer is ‘yes,’ I really can kick that high.
I gave him a lot of credit for at least stepping up to me on his tip-toes, and delivering the threat, but when I called his bluff, little Terry folded, literally pulled his punch, and ran off.
Sullivan is considered the “Johnny-come-lately” to Rubio’s winning 2010 Senate race in Florida. Since then, Sullivan has made it a point to offend a good part of Rubio’s close staffers, and supporters, and has even recently treated key Rubio volunteers and die-hards like the pieces of garbage he probably really sees them as being. These are not political operatives, these are friends, family and supporters of Marco Rubio.
If you ask just about any donor or volunteer in Florida that has also been close to Rubio himself and have had interactions with Sullivan, they will tell you that he is nothing more than an condescending, self-righteous, and pompous individual who rarely acknowledges you as being nothing more than some lowly volunteer or check writer.
Those reading this story know exactly who you are, and the incidents I am referring to. Sullivan & Co. appear jealous or intimidated with the fact that there are others that Rubio listens to.
Rubio is currently enjoying a steady rise in all of the national polls, and is poised to rise even higher, if Trump and Ben Carson begin to falter.
Sullivan is right about one thing. Even if he and the other operatives weren’t around, Rubio would probably still be ascending in the national polls because of the kind of candidate he is.Rubio and his volunteers and supporters deserve the credit for his success, not Sullivan or the others that will look to take the credit, and cash their campaign bonus check if he wins.
Now, if Rubio loses, you can blame him, Sullivan, and whomever told him that it was ‘ok’ to back amnesty for illegal aliens.
What to expect
Sullivan will call on one of his political groupies to try to counter this story with another lie-filled one because the truth hurts.
Several of these political groupies, who are hoping to get a paid job with the campaign, if Rubio continues to climb in popularity, will take to social media to post lies in order to defend their Lord and Savior. What they should be doing
Anticipate Jeb Bush dropping from the race. If Bush drops, Rubio stands to garner all of his support, which could put him over the top in the primary race.
