Politicians say that early poll numbers don’t really mean much to them or their political campaigns, but that is a bold face lie.
Politicians running for office love to promote any and all polls that have them besting their opponents-makes for good fundraising pushes.The most recent NBC News/Wall Street Journal presidential poll released this past Sunday has Republican presidential candidate and frontrunner, Donald Trump, virtually tied with neurosurgeon Ben Carson, followed by former CEO Carly Fiorina and Senator Marco Rubio.

Keep in mind that this of poll had a 6.5% +/- margin of error. A total of 256 registered Democrats and 230 registered Republicans were polled.
Oh,and in this poll, Hillary Clinton’s lead over Senator Bernie Sanders shrunk to 7% percentage points.
