On Thursday during an interview with the Associated Press in Fort Worth, Texas, presidential candidate Ted Cruz blamed President Obama for the climax of violence against police. He said the president and his administration have long vilified law enforcement.
During the interview Senator Cruz said:There are unfortunate, tragic consequences when the president of the United States repeatedly vilifies law enforcement and when that rhetoric is amplified by the Department of Justice, when it’s amplified by politicians across the country.
