If Republicans continue chastising and pounding Donald Trump over this comments about illegal immigration and Mexico, or about his off-color dig at Senator John McCain’s military “hero” status, then Republican hopes of winning the White House in 2016 are over.
According to The Hill, who interviewed Trump in his Manhattan office, “The Donald” is “absolutely” considering a run for president as a third party candidate because according to him, the Republican National Committee is playing nice. They aren’t.“The RNC has not been supportive. They were always supportive when I was a contributor. I was their fair-haired boy,” the business mogul told The Hill in a 40-minute interview from his Manhattan office at Trump Tower on Wednesday. “The RNC has been, I think, very foolish.”

Donald Trump is no Ross Perot, nor is he part of the establishment Republican boy’s club in Washington, D.C.
“I’m not in the gang. I’m not in the group where the group does whatever it’s supposed to do… “I want to do what’s right for the country — not what’s good for special interest groups that contribute, not what’s good for the lobbyists and the donors.”
The first Republican presidential debate will be held on August 6, 2015 in Cleveland, and only the top ten highest polling Republican candidates will be invited to participate.
A Donald Trump attended presidential debate will cause viewer ratings to spike for the respective media outlet broadcasting the event. And considering that Trump is leading in most polls, the RNC will have no choice but to invite the real estate mogul to the event.
If the RNC hopes to win the White House (they do) they better lay off Trump. Like I said, Trump is not Ross Perot- he is even more popular than Perot ever was- and if the RNC pushes Trump to run as an Independent, Hillary Clinton will be the next President of the United States.
