Politics can either make you or break you and when it comes to corrupt Jeffrey Garcia, at this point he probably is wishing he never became a political operative.
The former aid to Congressman Joe Garcia’s is expected to plead guilty on Thursday in Miami federal court according to the Miami Herald. He is being charged with financing a tea party candidate in a scheme to pull votes away from a Republican nemesis. Bad move!Back in April, Jeffrey Garcia was charged with a misdemeanor of conspiring to give a campaign contribution to the candidate in 2010.
It was said Jeffrey Garcia also fronted $10,440 to qualify Jose Rolando “Roly” Arrojo to pose as a GOP challenger to David Rivera. Arrojo was also charged with a misdemeanor.
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
Even though both parties plead not guilty, word is now they are planning to change their plea’s to guilty most likely to get a deal. That deal would be a reduced punishment of probation instead of the standard one year in prison for a misdemeanor.
This is not Jeffrey Garcia’s first time in being in trouble. He pleaded guilty to state charges that he unlawfully submitted absentee ballot requests online for unsuspecting voters in the 2012 congressional election. His punishment was 65 days in jail which he served in Miami-Dade County jail in 2013.
I think it is fair to say he is going to have a hard time finding a new job.
