Per the Examiner on Tuesday, former Department of Justice prosecuting attorney and founder of Judicial Watch, Larry Klayman said that he believes then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton most likely used her unofficial email to leak classified intelligence regarding military operation plans by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Israeli Defense Force (IDF).

The objective of the plans by Netanyahu and IDF were to destroy Iran’s nuclear weapons programs. It is suggested Clinton released the intelligence to Iran in an effort to hurt Israel’s plans. This was most likely done because President Obama and his staff believed Israel had the expertise and ability to launch a sneak attack and eliminate Iran as a nuclear threat and they did not want them to do so.

Klayman said:

President Obama and Hillary Clinton have done much to try to put a chink in the side of both Prime Minister Netanyahu and Israel so they could reach an under-the-table nuclear deal with Iran. This would include disclosing Israeli war plans and cyber-warfare sources and methods to prevent a preemptory strike. Both the President and former Secretary of State Clinton should be forced to legally come clean about his serious breach of national security. While whistle blowers like Edward Snowden are held out to dry and be prosecuted, higher-ups are left alone to release classified national security information when it suits their political purposes. This is one of the significant reasons why Israeli-American relations during the Obama administration have gone south.

Additional documents obtained by Klayman also suggest Secretary Clinton and her staff members were likely leaking information to New York Times reporter David Sanger.

Washington Post reporter Anne Gearan called Hillary Clinton out on Tuesday as well. She wrote:

Hillary Rodham Clinton used a private e-mail account for her official government business when she was secretary of state and did not routinely preserve and turn over those e-mails for government records collection. . .  It was not clear why Clinton, a potential candidate, created the private account. But the practice appears to bolster long-standing criticism that Clinton and her husband, former president Bill Clinton, have not been transparent.

One thing is for sure, Hillary Clinton could be in serious trouble for breaching national security. She should be forced legally to come clean and to be prosecuted for her wrongdoings.
