Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg admitted during a speech at George Washington University Thursday night she was a little tipsy during the State of the Union speech back in January.
She said she was not “100 percent sober” during the speech and that is why she kept nodding off and bobbing her head. She said she acted that way:Because before we went to the State of the Union, Justice Kennedy brought in . . . it was an Opus something or other, very fine California wine, and I vowed this year, just sparkling water, stay away from the wine, but in the end, the dinner was so delicious, it needed wine.
What is even more shocking is in 2013 she was drunk during the State of the Union speech as well. That time she blamed it on a “very good California wine” once again Justice Kennedy gave her right before that speech.

I guess she cannot bear to hear the president’s speeches as well which is ironic because isn’t she a liberal?
