Thursday morning, President Obama attended the National Prayer Breakfast where he reminded people they should not be on their ‘high horse’ because during the Crusades and Inquisition people used to commit horrific deeds in the name of Christ.

Unless we get on our high horse and think this is unique to some other place, remember that during the Crusades and the Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ. . . In our home country, slavery and Jim Crow all too often was justified in the name of Christ.

Seriously? The Crusades? He always has to throw slavery and racism in every comment as well. As I said before, let us not forget it was the Democrats who did not want to free their slaves in the first place and the Republicans who fought for equal rights. But, who would expect Obama to remember that? He believes President George Washington lived in the White House and was the first president to brew beer.
