He is in. Jeb Bush has just all but announced that he is running for President in 2016 by stating that he will be launching a “Leadership PAC” in January 2016. This is what all potential candidates do, start some kind of PAC to “help others.”

What about Rubio? If Rubio decides to challenge Bush, he will be doing so to pull conservative votes away from the likes of other potential presidential candidates like Rick Perry, Ted Cruz, Ben Carson, and Rand Paul, to mention a few,or not. Maybe Rubio doesn’t run at all, now that his political mentor is going to run?
Remember, Rubio, like the rest of the field, will be peddling a new book.
