The Republican Party really is the ‘party of no,’ according to Florida Republican Congressman Dennis Ross.
During a SHARK TANK interview last week in Washington, D.C, Ross said that GOP has in a good way been the ‘party of no’ the past four years, but now needs to start 2016 by offering solutions on tax reform, immigration, as well as other pressing issues. We’ve got to be the party that offers these solutions. The short term policy of “No” that we’ve had over the last four years has had an affect, and its been a good affect…we now need to be the party of solutions. -Rep. Dennis Ross (R-FL)
Ross made his remarks after discussing the recent statements Jonathan Gruber made about the failing Obamacare healthcare law, and the grilling he endured at the hands of the House Oversight Committee.
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
Ross also said that “you can’t trust anyone in government,” adding that regaining credibility is very difficult, enlight of Gruber’s comments about Obamacare.
In regards to the numerous Obamacare repeal bills that the House has voted on over the past several years, Ross said that those were merely symbolic votes, but that nothing else could come from those votes.
“We ought to start replacing, we need to give the American public an alternative to what we say is so bad for them”-Rep. Dennis Ross (R-FL) on repealing ObamacareRoss believes that a piecemeal approach to dismantling President Obama’s not-so-American agenda is correct approach, and that Republicans should not talk about impeaching Obama.
