The Tampa Bay Times has dubbed Steven R. Andrews, as “a Republican Tallahassee trial lawyer with mad-scientist hair and a flair for headline-grabbing”.
The eccentric Edward Scissorhands of the Tallahassee trial lobby has been spending much of his time filing lawsuits against Governor Rick Scott, who Andrews once called, “the corporate spawn of Satan”.According to the Tampa Bay Times, Andrews first filed a lawsuit (lost) against the anti-Christ (Rick Scott) back in 2010, in an attempt to make Scott divulge the contents of “a sealed deposition” the governor gave as part of health care lawsuit just six days before he announced his intention to run for governor.
The one-time friend and “affiliate” of Scott’s 2010 Republican gubernatorial primary opponent, Republican Attorney General Bill McCollum, and Democratic state CFO Alex Sink- who as you know ran against Scott in the 2010 gubernatorial general election-has also taken full credit for discovering the now infamous deposition in which Scott pleads the Fifth Amendment 75 times.
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
Now it has been discovered that the lawsuit-loving attorney is being sued for “legal malpractice for negligence and gross negligence.”
According to the lawsuit filed by one of his former clients, Colin McCoy, Andrews allegedly had “improper relations” with McCoy’s wife Amanda, at the time he represented the couple in the wrongful death lawsuit after they lost their 11-month old daughter Logan.
The suit also states that Andrews owes Colin McCoy “the duty to refrain from” negligently allowing or negligently using his status as attorney and advocate to sleep with, have an ongoing affair with, an to repeatedly have sex with Amanda McCoy.”In addition to all of these tabloid-worthy allegations against Andrews, the suit also states that Andrews then advised Mrs. McCoy on how she could walk away from the marriage with custody of the kids, the home, and just about every other asset the couple had, as well as any monies they would have received from the pending malpractice lawsuit they had filed.
