September 11, 2014 marked the 13th anniversary of the terrorist attack on the United States.
While most, if not all elected officials, both Democrat and Republican, took time to openly reflect on the events of September 11, 2001, and refrain from discussing politics for the day, Rep. Alan Grayson did the exact opposite.According to Grayson’s Twitter account, the “Congressman with Guts” did not mention the 9/11 anniversary, but did find the time to tweet about former Vice President Dick Cheney, and about the “quasi-military takeover of Ferguson, MO.”
Grayson is free to tweet whatever he likes, as his First Amendment right allows him to do so, but c’mon Alan.
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
Couldn’t you have at least followed the lead of President Obama, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and some of your other amigos in politics, and jumped on the political bandwagon of remembering 9/11?
Cheney came close to bankrupting the US & is culpable for the deaths of 100K+. Why should we listen to him again? http://t.co/XAqOEP0zgg

It’s stupid spending taxpayer dollars to subsidize major foreign corporations who take our jobs away. http://t.co/49HdpY4XsY — Rep. Alan Grayson (@AlanGrayson) September 11, 2014
