This years Orange County Republican annual Lincoln Day dinner in Orlando, Florida, featured Senator Marco Rubio as the keynote speaker, who took a few minutes in his address to level a very mild-toned and measure smack down of everyone’s favorite chameleon politician, Charlie Crest.

Rubio said that during Crist tenure as governor of Florida, “Chaingang Charlie” set state back at least a decade, and severely under minded education reforms.
In the four years that he was there, and the two years that I serve along side him as the Speaker, I can say this to you unequivocally, Charlie Crest as a governor was an embarrassment. He had no depth of knowledge on any of the critical issues that confronted our state, he no interest in solving any of the major issues.-Senator Marco Rubio

Rubio then joked about how he and others thought that Crist had “one more party change” in him, this after saying that he wanted to visit Cuba.
