Former Florida Governor Charlie Crist, who once supported the U.S. embargo to Cuba, has now done what most of us expected him to do, flip flip on his recent statement of wanting to visit Fidel Castro’s Cuba.
After Crist announced that the U.S. embargo against Cuba needed to be lifted, and that he wanted to go enjoy a plate of “arroz con pollo” on the island, Crist dropped like a rock in polling among Cuban-American voters in South Florida.“I want to, God willing, and if the Treasury Department grants us the license to do so.”-Charlie Crist
Now Crist says that won’t go because he needs to stay in Florida, and focus on his campaign against Florida Governor Rick Scott.
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
Riiiiiight.
Crist probably had the trip shut down by President Obama, and the likes of Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who is a huge supporter of the embargo, and is one of the most outspoken members of Congress against Castro’s regime.
