Charlie Crist Republican Richard DeNapoli, who is running for the Florida State House in district 72, may have some explaining to do about his stated residence in Venice, Florida.
It is not clear where exactly DeNapoli and family really live, considering that he first stated that he lived at 1113 Derian Place in Nokomis, Florida, and then in November 2013, he bought a home 624 ALHAMBRA RD, VENICE, FL, 34285, where he now says is his residence.DeNapoli’s Nokomis address is reported at the Florida Supervisor of Elections as being his campaign address as well. No big deal, right?
Well, just this past April 15th, DeNapoli told a group of people that he “lived on the island,” which meant he was living in Venice, Florida, probably at the house he purchased in November 2013.
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
DeNapoli’s house in Venice is vacant. As of June 4th, the house was completely empty, and now only contains a TV, and a single light is left on, presumptively to give the impression that someone lives at the unfurnished residence.
But wait, there is more.
DeNapoli has sent out campaign literature that states the Venice, Florida home as being his campaign headquarters, as well. Here is a one of the most recent flyers from his “survey committee”:
So where does Richard DeNapoli really live, and where is his official campaign office situated?
This same question has been asked of DeNapoli before, when he ran for the Palm Beach County Commission in 2006, but the quit the race about two weeks after filing the necessary paperwork.
And speaking of that paperwork, DeNapoli apparently falsified the sworn and notarized document to the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections, after stating that he lived at a Wellington address in Palm Beach County, but DeNapoli really lived in Broward County, Florida.DeNapoli had a Homestead exemption on his Hollywood, Florida, home at the time, and was registered to vote in Broward County. He never was never registered to vote in Palm Beach, County.
See the summary of DeNapoli’s documentation for yourself :

According to the Palm Beach Country Property Appraiser’s records, the address in question, was owned by George Meyers, who bought the unit in 2003, which later sold to Amanda Quinto in 2008.Maybe DeNapoli was a renter? If he was renting the unit, then I am sure he willing and able to supply a utility bill with his name listing him as a resident.DeNapoli’s candidacy was short-lived. DeNapoli withdrew from the race shortly after entering it on July 18, 2006.
Again, where does Richard DeNapoli really live, and where is his campaign office really located?
