With U.S. veterans dying from healthcare neglect at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Democrat gubernatorial candidate, Charlie Crist, is taking full advantage of the VA scandal, and is suggesting that a special session be called to expand healthcare to 41,000 Florida veterans.
Crist said that if governor, he would ensure that veterans get the healthcare they need by taking “immediate action.”One would assume that this “immediate action” Crist speaks of, could be some kind of investigation into the reported healthcare neglect of veterans in Florida, right?
Would Crist follow Florida Governor Rick Scott’s lead and press for the state healthcare inspectors, who were originally turned away by the VA, to insist on inspecting VA medical facilities?

Rick Scott blew the whistle several weeks back about the VA’s stonewalling of state healthcare inspectors, and has recently directed those inspectors back to the VA facilities.
