Gay marriage is once again being force-fed to all Americans, regardless if they support same-sex unions or not.
The latest court case demanding that the courts recognize same-sex marriage is from sunny South Florida, were a student at Florida Atlantic University, Gildas Doussett, has filed an appeal to the courts after he says he was denied in-state tuition.Just a few years back, gay marriage made it onto the ballot, but Floridians overwhelmingly voted against acknowledging same-sex marriage.
According to the Associated Press, Gildas Dousset filed an appeal in state court Wednesday, saying Florida’s laws barring recognition of out-of-state same-sex marriages are unconstitutional.
