El gobernador de la Florida (Espanol for, the Governor of Florida) Rick Scott has just released his first Spanish-language campaign TV ad, which will air in several key Hispanic-heavy areas of the state.
Yo no soy un experto en la política pero yo sé el valor de un trabajo.-Rick Scott
Translation: Give me Crist! I am going to bury that flip-flopping, Bain de Soleil-wearing Democrat!
Kidding.
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
Scott’s little Spanish statement really means, “I’m not an expert in politics, but I know how valuable a job is.”
Over the past several years, Scott has been working on his Spanish, and while he can only string a couple of sentences together, he at least makes the effort to communicate with Spanish-speaking Floridians.
The ad looks back at Scott’s life growing up, and how it framed his pro-business mindset. The one image of his past that stands out the most, is the one where he is wearing his U.S. Navy uniform. Check out the smirk on his face. Priceless!By the way, Scott went to school on the G.I Bill.
