Southwest Florida’s FOX4 has investigating congressional candidate Curt Clawson’s ties to a convicted pedophile by the name of Glen Borst.
Apparently, Clawson rented a home he owned in Utah to Borst, who was charged and convicted of “repeatedly raping and sodomizing” a thirteen-year-old girl in 2004.FOX4 obtained a legal document of the home Clawson purchased in 2006, where Borst was listed as having power of attorney, and not his Borst’s wife, as Clawson’s campaign manager, John Yob, insisted.
Interestingly enough, the home in question, which is listed as Borst’s last known address, was also listed as the address of a company Clawson started up in 2012, “Rewired CEO.”
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
Clawson’s campaign fired back at the Lizbeth Benaquisto campaign, who they are accusing of pushing this story to the Press.
Benacquisto and Clawson have been at each other’s throats, bombarding voters with negative mail and TV ads. The most recent negative TV ad by Benacquisto was proved to be a complete lie, as she accused Clawson of accepting an “Obamcare bailout” 2009 while he was CEO of Hayes-Lemmerz.
Obamacare wasn’t signed into law until 2010, so Hayes-Lemmerz could not have received an “Obamacare bailout” as Benacquisto TV ad falsely states.
