Congressman Alan Grayson is once again showing that he has very thin political skin, as he sends out another fundraising email bashing those who use choice words and descriptions to bash him over his votes and divisive rhetoric.
The “gutsy” congressman first complained about Mark Levin calling him a “Circus Clown,” now he has gone after “Joe the Plumber” for calling him a “piece of nose slime,” or snot.
It’s fine for Grayson to depict Tea Party conservatives as cross-burning Klansmen, call them “stooges,” and even call Republicans “callous, bigoted tools,” but God forbid you call him a “piece of nose slime.”
Grayson’s hypocrisy gets better throughout the email, as Grayson calls “Joe the Plumber” a “dim, dopey, dense, doltish and deficient star, but a star nonetheless.”
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
But he didn’t stop there. Grayson also mentions other politicos and pundits who have share their disgust over his over-the-top vitriolic attacks against others, namely Bill O’Reilly, and Allen West.
Coincidentally, Allen West’s Guardian Fund has just named Grayson’s 2014 Republican congressional opponent, Navy veteran Jorge Bonilla, to his “Ones to Watch” list of candidates.
Do you remember “Joe the Plumber”? If not, you’re better off. But let me remind you – because now “Joe the Plumber” is attacking me. “Joe the Plumber” recently called me a “piece of nose slime.” (Which, as a plumber, he may see a lot of.) “Joe the Plumber” also called me a “dreg of society.” (A “dreg” is the sediment in a liquid. So if anyone knows about dregs, it’s a plumber.) “Joe the Plumber” has now joined Bill O’Reilly, Allen West and Mike Huckabee in their recent attacks on me personally.-Rep. Alan Grayson (D)
