It was only a matter of time before the ACLU would file suit against states that do not acknowledge same-sex marriages. The ACLU today filed suit against the state of Florida, in an attempt to force Floridians to acknowledge the same-sex marriages of those individuals who have moved to the sunshine state after first being legally married in another state that does recognize same-sex marriages.
Shameful.
