It seems as if political career inequality is not just confined to the heterosexual community, but it transcends into the homosexual community, this according to Democrat National Committee Chairwoman, Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
At the DNC’s recent winter meeting in Washington, D.C., Wasserman Schultz told the LGBT Caucus that the DNC is currently creating Lesbian Leadership Council to help lesbians within in the party get a fair shake at leadership positions.

“No offense to gay men in the room, but just like in the straight community, where women sometimes have been left behind and men have vaulted ahead on the leadership track, my message was it’s time for lesbians to step up.” –DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz

No sure what ‘DWS’ means to say with her statement, but I can only conclude that what she is saying is that gay men, along with those “breeders” in the Republican Party, are oppressing women when it comes down to doling out leadership spots.

Considering that Wasserman Schultz is at the very top of the Democrat Party food chain, alongside Congresswoman Nancy Peloci, Senator Barbara Boxer and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, how can she say that woman “have been left behind” by men?
