President Barack Obama’s legacy legislation, Obamacare, is on the ropes, and Democratic lawmakers are scarring to find cover from the healthcare law that has turned out to be nothing less than a disastrous failure, that is causing millions of Americans to lose their existing healthcare coverage.Even with the President apologizing for the law’s roll out shortcomings, and even with Democratic National Committee Chairwoman, Debbie Wasserman Schultz saying that all is well in ‘Demo-World’, top Democratic legislators are in fear of losing their respective 2014 re-election races, and are asking for the President to make good on his promise to let Americans keep their existing healthcare plans.
There are even some members of the Democratic caucus in the U.S. Congress asking for the law to be pushed back until after the 2014 mid term elections.
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
But while just about every politico running for office in 2014 has stated where they stood on Obamacare, the ever-politically-evolving Charlie Crist, who is running for Governor of Florida, has yet to say where he stands on the controversial healthcare law.
Back in 2009, when he was still a Republican, Crist called Obamacare a “Trojan horse to a government takeover of the healthcare system,” adding that he didn’t think Floridians would want the it either.
Less than a year later, when he shed his Republican scales for a new ‘Independent’ skin, Crist doubled down and sounded like the old “Reagan Republican” Charlie when he said this:
‘Obamacare was off the charts, was wrong. It taxed too much, has mandates that are probably unconstitutional, and it’s not the way to go. And it was rammed through.” Charlie Crist (The Associated Press, 10/20/2010)
Now it’s 2013, and Crist has not openly stated where he stands on Obamacare. The Crist campaign has hired just about all of Obama’s 2012 re-election staffers, including Democratic consultant, Steve Schale.
Hey @steveschale where does Charlie Crist stand on Obamacare? You are his advisor, I am sure you know.— Javier Manjarres (@THESHARKTANK1) November 14, 2013
So, @steveschale can you tell me where Charlie Crist stands on Obamacare? Does he support it, or not?

We reached out to Schale twice on Twitter, and asked him if Crist supported the President’s healthcare law. Crickets.
But just the previous day, Schale was all engaged with yours truly, questioning some content within a story I wrote about Crist and some of his former amigos in the Republican Party.
@THESHARKTANK1 So you saying that Republicans and Democrats can’t have lunch? @ChrisLatvala I’ll eat with you anyway. Even @MarcACaputo

It will be interesting to see what position Crist and his Obama advisors take on Obamacare. You would think that Crist would be fully supporting the law, considering that he campaigned for Obama in 2012, and will be needing his help, if he expects to beat Rick Scott next year.
But remember, this is Charlie Crist. And if Obamacare goes completely sideways, and America revolts against the law, expect Crist to join in on the O-care bashing dog pile.Follow the Shark Tank on Twitter and Facebook
