Florida Congressman Alan Grayson is once again pushing back at the Obama administration, for their use of armed aerial drones to kill known terrorists oversees. Grayson’s beef with Obama is the collateral damage that these strikes have caused, specifically the loss of many civilian lives, some of whom were innocent.Grayson said that it was not right that so many civilians have been killed “upon the command of one man.” –CNN
During an appearance on CNN, Grayson told anchor Brooke Baldwin that the United States needed to “rely on other countries to clean up their own messes instead of having us send our death equipment to the other side of the world to perform those acts for them.”
While many Americans may agree with Grayson’s statement, it would be naive for the U.S. to actually leave it up to “other countries should deal with their own problems,” considering that many of these preemptive drone strikes, regardless of the extent of collateral damage, are based from intelligence solely focused on U.S. national security.
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
History has proven that aggressive, proactive methods of fighting the war on Islamic Fundamentalism, has been nothing less than an effective use military assets to protect Americans interests overseas.
“Generally speaking, it’s god who decides who lives and who dies”…. “Unless you’re talking about drone attacks.”-Rep. Alan Grayson
Wait, this would mean that Grayson, who is staunch supporter of the Pro-Choice movement, believes that in the case of life, only God “decides who lives or dies,” right?
