The website CharlieCrist.com has just launch, asking Floridians to share their comments with the former governor, because as Crist believes,” Only you, the people, can get Florida back to common sense.”
The Shark Tank has been reporting as early as last year, that Crist had been calling around Democratic lawmakers in an effort to garner their support for a possible run at governor. Remember, Charlie did not run for re-election in 2010, because he said that he could do better good for Floridians in the U.S. Senate.Tell me how I can help. Florida House Speaker Will Weatherford asked two questions of Charlie Crist, back in March of 2013, which Crist has yet to address, but will eventually have to answer.
It will be interesting to see how deep Crist’s base of support will be, aside from the big-boned and ethically challenged individuals that reside in the Tampa Bay area. The Democrats are desperate, but according to several operatives within the party, they do not trust Crist, and would rather see a more ‘true’ Democrat like Nan Rich run against Scott.If he wants to be Governor so bad again, if he wants to come back to the state of Florida, and lead our state, why did he leave us when we had a 12% unemployment rate, and the state of Florida was having its hardest times? Weatherford continued,” Florida really needed a leader and stick up for them, why did he chose to leave? I don’t know how he is going to answer it.
