Earlier in the week, Senator Marco Rubio, who played a pivotal role in the congressional effort to defund the disastrous healthcare, announced that he would be presenting legislation that would delay the Obamacare enrollment penalty that will be imposed on Americans, if they do not sign up for the failing healthcare law.

During a friendly sit-down conversation with Congressman Trey Radel (R-FL), Radel told the Shark Tank that he we would  be introducing a House version of Rubio’s bill, shortly after the Senate bill is introduced.

Radel, a freshman member of Congress, has been ranked second only to Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-FL), on the Heritage Action’s top Florida conservatives “Scorecard.”

Radel recently joined other members of the U.S. Congress in requesting that U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, appoint a “Special Counsel to investigate whether the Justice Department violated the First Amendment to the U.S during their monitoring of the Associated Press.”
