Sen. Marco Rubio, who played a pivotal role in the congressional effort to defund the disastrous healthcare law that penalizes Americans, if they do not comply with the law’s mandate of acquiring health insurance by the end of March 2014, has announced that he plans to introduce a bill on Monday of next week, that would delay the Obamacare enrollment penalty imposed on Americans.Rubio “It is not fair that next year Americans will be punished for not buying ObamaCare when the website they are supposed to buy it on doesn’t work,” Rubio said. “Thereafter, it exempts people from paying the mandate fines if they can prove that they tried to sign up but could not because of technical or customer service issues.”- Senator Marco Rubio
Rubio boldly stated that he felt the “entire law should, and will, eventually be repealed and replaced,” adding that “until that happens” he would “continue looking for ways to protect Americans from the disaster that is ObamaCare.”

During his television appearance on The O’Reilly show, Rubio joked that he would invite Democrats to join him and other Republicans, in supporting his soon-to-be-filed legislation, after host Bill O’Reilly stated that Republicans would all backed the bill, but would need Democrats to jump on board.
