Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), considered to be ‘moderate’ lawmaker, and who supports a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants, told Fox News’ Bill Hemmer that “this law sucks,” referring to the Obamacare law that Republicans are actively trying to defund and repeal.
Graham stated that he sided with House Republicans in defunding the law, insisting that he has always supported this move, after Hemmer questioned Graham on whether his position of defunding Obamacare was different from his previous stance on the law.

The defund bill that passed in the House of Representatives will make its way over to the Senate side, where it will probably fail to pass.
