I really don’t understand what several Republican members of Congress are doing working with liberal Democratic Congressman Alan Grayson. Grayson is blitzing the Congress with amendment after amendment to build a facade that he is ‘team player,’ and not the obstructionist that he known to be. Republicans seem to be falling for it.
But like I stated, while Grayson’s anti-NSA spying and government overreach amendments are on point, he is still the same divisive and obstructionist Congressman he has always been.
While Grayson says that “the situation has changed,” so he has changed his ways, just last month, the “bust their chops Congressman restated that Republicans were “callous bigoted tools.”

Many of them (Republicans), as I said before, are callous bigoted tools. I take no pleasure in saying that. Well, yes, I do, actually.-Rep. Alan Grayson (D)-(Bonilla Blasts Grayson)
Grayson is up in Congress to do one thing, and one thing only, to obstruct.
But don’t take my word for it, as Grayson is all too willing to discuss his plan.
Grayson has confirmed that liberal Democrats are implementing an ” an aggressive new legislative strategy targeting House Republicans,” which Grayson himself named, “Operation Bust Their Chops.”
Democrats are developing what they call an “amendment bank,” ready-to-go Democratic attachments for House GOP bills on any number of topics—education, transportation, veterans’ affairs, or whatever—that they believe could force some Republicans into potentially embarrassing political boxes. The plan will be difficult to implement, given Republican control over the House Rules Committee and the procedures for handling legislation on the floor, but the band of Democrats seems determined to try.
“The idea is to find new ways to start forcing Republicans to take bad votes more frequently—politically uncomfortable votes,” said one House Democratic aide.
Publicly, the plan is still only grudgingly acknowledged, though Grayson confirmed its existence. Rep. Keith Ellison, D-MN, co chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, is also actively involved. The hushed murmurs about it convey that many details have yet to be finalized, and that there is a reluctance to spill information on the actual intent and scope of the program.
“It’s moving along,” Grayson said on Thursday.-National Journal
Just recently, Grayson double down on all aspects of President Obama’s ‘unaffordable’ Healthcare law, including the mandates that President Obama recently delayed. As the President’s Obamacare law starts going sideways on him, Grayson will be on the hook when the law cripples the American economy.Alan Grayson owns Obamacare.
