Arguably the toughest Sheriff in the United States, Maricopa County, Arizona’s Joe Arpaio, spoke to Fox News’ Stu Varney about what he thought about the current immigration reform bill, as well as what he felt the solution to securing the U.S.-Mexico border should be.

Arpaio doesn’t believe that Congress can do anything about border security, saying that the Congress passed legislation to build a fence a couple years back, but has yet to follow through with it.
So what is Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s solution to border security? Arpaio says the U.S. needs to help the Mexican President by sending both the U.S. Border Patrol and U.S. Military to Mexico, to work along side the Mexican army and Federales.You will never secure the border, you want to put up more fence and sell more ladders to hope over, these guys are very, very innovative, you will never secure the border. Arapaio adds, To say that you are not going to enforce the illegal immigration laws in the interior, and blame it on the border, that’s just a cop out.Sheriff Joe Arpaio
